Each webinar covers a specific type of documentation and addresses Medicaid requirements and the importance of the connection between assessments\, service plans\, and progress notes\, known as the Golden Thread. The series will be presented with the newly developed Golden Thread Toolkit\, a valuable new resource for FCS staff.
