Participants will leave with stronger skills to enhance client safety\, advocate more effectively during law enforcement interactions\, prevent avoidable crises\, and confidently promote stability-centered outcomes that protect both clients and communities. \nName of Presenter:\nEarle Leitch\, MS \nShort Bio of Presenter:\nEarle is a Senior Training and Consultation Specialist in the Rutgers School of Health Professions\, Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions. In this role\, he facilitates psychiatric rehabilitation-informed Community Support Services training\, consultation\, technical assistance\, and implementation support to enhance practitioner competencies and program outcomes.
