Digital accessibility ensures that everyone, including court users with disabilities, can access web-based court materials and resources. Learn about how three states have made court websites and forms digitally accessible and planned for accessibility going forward in advance of the federal deadline for state and local government digital accessibility in April 2026. This webinar will highlight tools and resources from NCSC and panel discussion from court staff in Illinois, Massachusetts, and Minnesota.
