TRIBAL HEALING TO WELLNESS COURTS

WHO WE SERVE

Tribal Healing to Wellness Courts are culturally grounded, community-driven alternatives to the traditional justice system for Tribal members impacted by substance use disorders. These courts integrate tribal customs, traditions, and values with evidence-based treatment and judicial oversight to support healing and long-term recovery. By fostering collaboration among tribal leaders, behavioral health providers, and justice system partners, Healing to Wellness Courts promote accountability, cultural connection, and holistic wellness. The goal is to strengthen individuals, families, and communities through a restorative approach that honors tribal sovereignty and promotes healing.
