Part 2: Wednesday, July 29 | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

*Attendance at both sessions is encouraged, however, if your schedule will not allow that, attendance at one or the other session is absolutely fine and better than neither.
This series, presented by Engage to Change, will guide participants through a structured process of observing, analyzing, and interpreting hypotheticals and case studies to better understand how racism can appear within our work. Together, we will explore practical tools to strengthen internal regulation, grounding, and adaptability—especially in moments where safety, dignity, and belonging feel challenged in our professional environments.

Engage to Change is a Black, queer, woman owned collective that centers voices of color, draws strength from Indigenous wisdom, and uplifts the lived experiences of BIPOC communities.
